Freddy Walter Brewer

Freddy Walter Brewer, age 80, passed away at his residence on April 17, 2024. He was born in Dayton on August 13, 1943, to Bruce and Marchie (Wampler) Brewer. He was a life-long resident of Dayton and retired after 41 years, from the City of Dayton, as a Lineman. He was a self-taught artist with some of his work all over the world. Freddy enjoyed time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce & Marchie Brewer.

Freddy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Oleta Brewer; two children, Phillip (Vandi) Brewer, of Dayton, and Bruce Alan (April) Brewer, of Hixson, TN; brother, Max (Joyce) Brewer, of Clinton, TN;  four grandchildren, Kristin, Drew, Ellie, and Avery Brewer; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Sunday, April 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Rhea Memory Gardens.

Visitation for family & friends will be Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
