Bertha Rose Allen of Rockwood, TN passed away January 11, 2019 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

Bertha was a longtime resident of Rockwood, TN and of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hasper and Estelle Mize Moore; son, Randall Matthew Allen; brother, Tex Alford Moore and sister, Linda Teears.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Allen of Florida; four children, Angela Cymerman of Knoxville, TN, Richard Ronald Allen of LasVegas, NE, Michael Burton Allen and Tommy Tex Allen of Rockwood, TN; sister, Tommie Sue Smith of Rockwood, TN; brother, Grady Moates of Jonesboro, N.C.; three grandchildren, Samantha ODonnell, Ashley and Rebecca Allen and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Thursday January 17, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Dayton City Cemetery in Dayton.
