Bessie Cox Obituary

Bessie Lorina Brown Cox passed away March 19, 2019 at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN.

Lorina was a longtime resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith. She worked many years sewing in factories.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Ben Brown and Martha Velma Walker Brown.

She is survived by a sister, Wanda Brown Pelfrey of Rhea County; niece, Sharla Harris of Crossville, TN; nephew, Scottie Pelfrey of Florida and many friends of the family.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2:00pm at Kiuka-Rogers Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Sullivan officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
