Bobby McCoy Obituary

Bobby Gene McCoy, 66, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga.

Bobby was a life-long resident of Rhea County and was a self-employed general laborer for many years. He was born June 2, 1952 to his late parents, Clyde and Gladys L. McCoy. He enjoyed working in his yard and repairing lawn mowers.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a brother, Clyde H. McCoy and a sister, Sue McCoy

Survivors include his brother, Robert McCoy and sisters, Rosalee McCoy Hoffman and Margaret McCoy Rogers, all of Dayton, several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Cove Cemetery with Pastor Kelvin Glaicer officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
