David Carnes Obituary

David Mark Carnes, age 57, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Carnes was born on May 14, 1961 in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia and later moved to Rhea County Tennessee where he lived most of his life. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed his favorite hobby of arrowhead hunting. He is preceded in death by his father, Bill Carnes.

Survivors include his mother, Peggy Blalock Carnes, of Dayton, daughter, Cathryn (Nick) Hester, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, two sons, Joseph Carnes, of Graysville and Andrew Carnes, of Dayton, two sisters, Connie Morgan, of Soddy-Daisy and Sharon Schrimpsher, of Dayton, and three grandchildren, Nevaeh, Xylia and Koen.

There will be no services or visitation at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Dayton, Tennessee.
