Elizabeth Hancock Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Hancock, 73, of Dayton, TN passed away January 8, 2020 at Erlanger Hospital.

She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Hancock Jr.; parents, Frederick Newman and Imogene and Tom Jordan; brother, Nathan Jordan and sisters, Renee Shelton and Lila Schaffer.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Joy (Jonathan) Mayfield of Dayton, TN; sisters, Janie Jordan Nelson and Donna Jean (David) Thomas of Chattanooga, TN; brothers, James Jordan of Dayton , TN, David (Debbie) Jordan of GA; grandchildren, Baylee JaneAnn Mayfield and Savannah Grace Mayfield and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be Friday, January 10, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Rigsby Cemetery in Pikeville, TN.

Family will receive friends Friday, January 10, 2020 from 12:00-2:00 pm.
