Eric W. Crews

Eric W. Crews, age 57, went to be with his Lord June 04, 2019.

Eric was born to parents, William H. and Wilma P. Peterman Crews. He will be remembered as a carpenter and someone who loved spending time with friends and family. He loved fishing and being outdoors. Eric stated “I have lived my life how I wanted and I have no regrets. I loved every minute of it.” Eric had compassion and real concern for his friends and family, if he could help you, he did. We will miss those kind blue eyes, the curly blond hair and his words of love and understanding. He was a brother, an uncle, a grandfather, a partner, a friend and a son.

Eric was preceded in death by his father, William H Crews; sister, Carol House; grandparents, Montese and Pete Peterman and Travis and Estelle Barbarie Crews.

He is survived by his mother, Wilma Ruth Peterman Crews of Columbus, GA; sisters, Cynthia “Cindy” Brooks of Lawton, OK, Sandra L Tuggle of Cataula, GA; brother, Dennis M. Crews of FL; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who loved him dearly; his life partner, Tammy Goins; best friends, “Chip” Albert Thurman and “Pokie” James Jackson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
