James Davidson Obituary

James Roy Davidson of Dayton, TN passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Life Care Center of Rhea County.

James moved to Dayton from Maryland in 1975. He was a member of Kelly Grove Baptist Church and a veteran of the US Army. He also worked at Suburban Manufacturing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl T. and Annis E. Hunter Davidson and brother, Thomas John Hunter.

He is survived by brothers, Melvin E. Davidson and Robert Carl (Sandi) Davidson of Dayton, TN; sister, Sharon J. (Louis) Merciers of Bryant, AL and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service with Pastor Steven Williams officiating will be Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 1:00pm in Brayton Cemetery with military honors.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
