Nancy Sherrill Obituary

Nancy Rose Sherrill, 71, of Dayton, TN passed away January 06, 2019 at Hospice of Chattanooga Facility.

Nancy was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Church of God faith. She worked at Kayser Roth Hosiery for over 25 years and a few years at La-Z-Boy Chair Company. She loved to shop and enjoyed her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Audie John Jones and Clara Revis Jones; husband, Ray Sherrill Sr.; sister Judy Jones and brother, Jerry Jones.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Franklin, Ray “Speedy” Sherrill, Loretta Porter and Markie Sherrill all of Dayton, TN; sister, Mary Jones of Dayton, TN; brothers, Johnny Jones and Jimmy Jones both of Dayton.TN; grandchildren, Calvin Sherrill, Eric Porter, Aaron Porter, Gauge Franklin and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 09, 2019 from 5:00-7:00pm.

Service will be Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 11:00am in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald and Rev. Ed Hughes officiating.

Interment will be at Reed Cemetery in Cumberland County.
