Norma Thurman Obituary

Norma Jean Thurman passed away Thursday, July 12,2018 at her home in Dayton, TN.

Norma Jean was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Spring City.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Missouri Caraway Suttles; husband, Sanford Lee Thurman; son, David Cochran; sisters, Volena Crawley and Juanita Smith; brothers, James Suttles and J.T. Suttles.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Cochran, Debbie Cochran and William Cochran; sister, Crystal Cox; brothers, Paul Henry Suttles, Earl Suttles, Bobby Joe Suttles; 2 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 16, 2018 at 12:00pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Thomas Cochran, Gabe Cochran and Josiah Cochran officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 16, 2018 from 10:00-12:00.

Burial will be in Spring City Memorial Gardens.
