Robert Allen Smith Sr. passed away on November 1, 2019 at Erlanger.

He was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and was a retired farmer.

He is preceded in death by parents, Jessie Wheeler Smith, Agnes Sneed; brothers, Bill Smith, John Smith; sisters, Reba Jo Walker, Gee Hood, granddaughter, Breanna Smith.

He is survived by son, Robert A. Smith Jr. of Dayton, TN, daughters, Brandi Smith of Dayton, TN, Holly (John) Garland of Soddy Daisy, TN; sisters, Kay Newberry of Graysville, TN, Helen Ballard of Evensville, TN, Barbara Howard of Chattanooga, TN; brothers, Tom Smith of Dayton, TN, Ray Smith of Dayton, TN, Mike Smith of Dayton, TN, Jerry Smith of Spring City, TN; grandchildren, Dustin Smith, Brandalyn Yakubek, Kaleb Reed Smith, Josiah Garland, Abigail Garland; one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
