Robert “Bobby” Earl Howard Sr., 82, of Dayton, TN passed away December 08, 2018 at his home.

Bobby lived most of his life in Rhea County and was a past Deacon at High Point Baptist Church. He owned his own concrete finishing business more than 28 years and retired after 48 years as a concrete finisher. He passed this trade on to his children. He enjoyed gardening, wood working, spending time with his family and friends and going to church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, W.C Howard Sr. and Pauline Ruth Davis Howard; wife, Margaret Montain Howard; brothers, Ernest Randal and Leroy Charles Howard; grandchildren, Michael David Howard Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Smith.

He is survived by his children, Earl (Debbie) Howard of Dayton, TN, David (Thelma) Howard of Spring City, TN, Helen (Mark) Holland of Dayton, TN; sister, Janie (Terry) Weber of Gray, TN; brother, William C. Howard Jr. of Chattanooga, TN; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews

Service will be Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 12:00pm in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Stock and Pastor Paul Forgey officiating.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 4:00-8:00pm.

Interment will be at Pritchett Cemetery.
