Mrs. Alma Jean Hill of Graysville, TN made an unexpected departure to her heavenly home Tuesday, December 19, 2023. During her time here on Earth, she was a faithful Christian and loved the Lord with all her heart.
She was a dedicated daughter to her parents Robert “Penny” and Geniva Smith Nail until their passing away. She was a caring, loving sister to Judy (Glenn Earl) Keylon and Martha (Neil) Stultz. Jean was a loyal and devoted wife to Alvin, whom she married in 1954. She was a loving and cherished mother to her three sons, Ray (Brenda), Rocky, and Jeff (Denise), and daughter Tiffany (Greg) Smith.
Over the years, Jean became a loving and adored grandmother to 7 grandchildren – CJ (Shawn), Brandi (Tim), Kayla (Jake), Brooklynn, Michael, Baliee, and Bristol and eventually great-grandmother to Madisyn, Katie, Emily, and Carleigh. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
If you knew her, you loved her. We are sad she is no longer with us here, but our hearts rejoice because she is finally home with her Lord.
Visitation will be Saturday from 12-2 pm at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with the service to follow at 2:00 pm. Jean will be laid to rest at Pleasant View Cemetery beside her husband, mother and father. Ray Hill and Wayne Beasley are officiating the service.
