Alice Mozell (Collins) Sneed

Alice Sneed, 87, of Dayton, TN passed away at her home Saturday, August 29, 2026. She was born to the late John and Rebecca Collins December 2, 1938. A loving mother of five and a Baptist by faith, she was a joy to be near.

Besides her parents, Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Junior Sneed; sisters, Josephine Thurman, Betty Jenkins, and Lillian Bean; brothers, and Wayne and John Collins.

Alice leaves behind her children, Mary Alice Gaddis, Wayne Laird, Donna Mullins, John (Christy Sturgill) Thurman and Tony (Tammy Garner) Thurman; sister, Barbara Frashier; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Alice was laid to rest by her husband Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
