Arther "Lannie" Cox Obituary

Arther "Lannie" Cox passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at his home in Dayton, TN.

Lannie has been a resident of Rhea County for 18 years and is a member of Salem Baptist Church. He was a self-employed construction contractor.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John Winfield Cox and Odessa Pendergass Cox and brother, Ronnie Cox.

He is survived by his wife Cathy Cox of Dayton, TN; children, Renee (Keith) Goldman, Aaron (Alecia) Cox, Cayla (Brandon) Minton all of Dayton, TN, Matthew (Molly) Cox of Dunlap, TN, Joe (Julie) Cox of Signal Mtn., TN, Bonnie (Alan) Osburn of Huntsville, AL; sister, Lynn Reynolds of Soddy Daisy, TN; brother, John Cox of Hixson, TN; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 6:00pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with John Cox officiating.

In lieu of flowers, make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
