Bessie Mae Cunnyngham

Bessie Cunnyngham, age 83, of Dayton, TN passed away Friday, August 27, at Rhea Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County, and was retired from Oster Corp. She was of the Church of God faith. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward & Mary Revis Booth; and brother, Bo Booth. 
Survivors include her husband, Bob Cunnyngham of Dayton; two sons, Rick Cunnyngham of Dayton and Tim (Rebecca) Cunnyngham of Miami Beach, FL; two daughters, Joyce (Darrell) Dumont of Athens, and Valerie (Frank) Bolton of Dayton; five sisters, Jean Booth, Dora Harrison, and Eva Lou (Stanley) Blackburn all of Dayton; Brenda Gates of Chattanooga, and Jeanette Hill of Dayton; brother, Freddie (Sherlyn) Booth of Dayton; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Pastor Chip Beaulieu officiating. Burial will follow in Rhea Memory Gardens. 

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 2 to 4 PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
