Bobby Wayne Corder

Bobby Wayne Corder, age 87, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 at Memorial North Park Hospital in Hixson, TN.  Bobby was a lifelong resident of Soddy Daisy and was of the Church of God faith.  He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force.  Bobby loved the Lord and his family with all of his heart.  He loved all animals and especially enjoyed fishing and feeding the birds. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; Ellis and Pearl Corder, two sons; Wayne and Mark Corder, infant daughter; Deborah Elaine, grandson; Brad Corder and all of his siblings.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 67 years; Deana Doss Corder, children; Darlene Jones (Steve), William Corder (Sheila), Donna Miller (Martin) and Roger Corder, daughter-in-law; Pam Corder, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 2PM.  Brother Michael Shrum will be officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12 until the time of the services.  Interment will be at Welsh-Rogers Cemetery with Military Honors. 

Pallbearers will be Trever, Layton, Dustin, Josh, Noah and Justin.
