CHARLES JOE DILL

Charles Joseph (Joe) Dill, age 93, of Dayton Tennessee passed away at his home on June the 24th, 2024. Joe was born May 11th, 1931, in Pikeville, Tennessee. He was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.

Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Wilma Dill, his mother, Julie (Price) Knight, and father, John Dill.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Debra (Dill) Marshall; granddaughter, Dee (Brian) Gambrell; his brother, Freddie (Dale) Dill; sister, Sue Hafley; stepdaughter, Faye (Gary) Cunnyngham; stepsons, Roger (Carol) Rucker, David (Cherri) Rucker, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

First Sergeant Dill was a proud Veteran of the United States Army with 21 years service.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home in Dayton, TN.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Chapel, with Brother Stanley Faulkner officiating. Burial to follow at Gravett Cemetery with full military honors.
