Carroll "Jr" Suttles Obituary

“Jr” Suttles passed away December 14, 2020 at his home in Dayton, TN.

“Jr” was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a new born again Christian. He worked at Dupont for 30 plus years. He was a wonderful husband and father and he loved his family. He liked fishing, camping and road trips and was a member of the “TWO” motorcycle group.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Elizabeth Allen Suttles; daughter, Kathy Bishop; sisters, Garnetta Thomas, Mammie Blaylock and Mary Ruth and brothers, Tom Suttles. and Earl Suttles.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Suttles of Dayton, TN; son, Chad (Brandi) Suttles of Dayton, TN; sister, Alice Rose; 4 grandchildren, Tara Rhinehart, Ryan (Tiffany) Bishop, Emily Suttles, Chase Suttles; 3 great grandchildren, Paige Hickman, Lexi Bishop, Josephine Bishop and great-great granddaughter, Avayla Brown.

Service will be Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald and Mike Patton officiating. Interment will follow at Rhea Memory Gardens.

Family will receive friends Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 12:00-2:00.
