Columbus "Mac" McArthur Beasley

Columbus “Mac” Beasley of Dayton, TN passed away September 19, 2019.

Mac was a longtime resident of Rhea County and of Christian faith. He worked many years at Suburban Manufacturing Co. in Dayton. He loved coins, Indian relics and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Price Beasley and Martha Watson Beasley and brothers, Mable and Willie Beasley.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Keeble Beasley of Dayton, TN; children, Julie (Bobbie) Harris of Dayton, TN, Maggie Beasley of Dayton, TN, Charles Wayne Gipson, Steven Lynn Gipson and Shawn Wesley Gipson all of Chattanooga, TN; sisters, Molly Denton of Birchwood, TN, Beulah Walker of Spencer, TN, Lucy Myers of McMinnville, TN, Tish Dodson of TX, Mella Sue Rector of CA; brothers, James and Price Beasley of Pikeville, TN, Kinder Beasley of McMinnville, TN; 3 grandchildren, Brittany Goins, Dreama Gipson, Isaac Goins; 1 great grandchild, Camison Kinscer and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Rusty Revis and speaker Bobby Harris officiating.

Family will receive friends Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 11:00am-2:00pm.

Interment will be Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 10:00am EST at Myers Cemetery at Spencer, TN.
