Darlene (Vaughn) Hill

Darlene (Vaughn) Hill, passed away at her home on May 24, 2024.  She was born in Coop, Kentucky, to John and Bessie (Coffey) Vaughn, on March 29, 1961.  She was a sewer for Lazy Boy Manufacturing in Dayton, TN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Joe Hill; parents, John Vaughn and Bessie “Coffey” Sloan; brothers, Johnny, Wayne, Washie Vaughn; and sister, Noreena.

Darlene is survived by her children, Rebecca (Charles) Brock, Jr, Jessie (David) Cox, and Tammy Colbaugh; sisters, Julie Roberts, Jennifer Bruce, Madean Perry, Beverly Ballard; brothers, Jamie and Chris Vaughn; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and lots of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 26, 2024, from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home in Dayton, TN.  Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM in the Chapel, with eulogy by Justin Nave. Burial will follow at Pine Knot Cemetery in Pine Knot, Kentucky.
