David Glenn McRae Sr.

David McRae, age 59  passed away on March 26, 2021 at Parkridge Medical Center.  He was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and was of the Baptist Faith.  David was a member of the American Legion Post 90 of Decatur.  

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

David is survived by his wife Mary McRae of Evensville; son David (Dusty) McRae Jr. of Ramer, TN; daughters. Courtney McRae of Jackson, Jessica Lewis of Dayton, Destiny Lewis of Evensville and Libby Dautherty of Graysville; sisters, Wanda Armstrong of Luray, TN and Debra Jines of Spring City; grandchildren, Elijah, Bristol, Sophia, Kyson, and Leigha; several other grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday March 31, 2021 at 2 pm at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Toone, TN.

The family will receive friends Monday March 29, 2021 from 2-5 pm at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.

For the respect and safety of all, masks will be required and no food may be served at this time.
