David Trentham Obituary

David Denzal Trentham, age 71, went to be with his Savior on August 1, 2022. He lived in Rhea County for 65 years and was a member of Texas Grove Baptist Church.

David is preceded in death by his wife; Peggy Trentham, parents; Denzal and Ada Trentham, brother; Terry Trentham and sister; Sue Lou Allen. He is survived by children; Andrea (Jimmie) Simpson of Cookeville, TN., Jennifer Trentham of Kingston, TN., Cathy (Sam) Trent of Rogersville, TN., sister; Martha Scoggins of Evensville, TN., grandchildren, Bailey Simpson, David Simpson, and Shelby Trent.

David will lie in state on Saturday August 6, 2022 at Texas Grove Baptist Church from 2 to 4 pm. Funeral services will follow at 4 pm with Rev. Norman Huskey officiating. He will be laid to rest at Add-Smith Cemetery.
