Dona Rae (Perkinson) Jordan

Dona Rae Perkinson Jordan, age 49, of Dayton, passed away on March 10, 2022 at Rhea Medical Center.  She was a graduate of Rhea County High School and was of the Christian faith.  Dona moved from Michigan with her family as a young child and spent the remainder of her life as a resident of Rhea County.  She cherished time spent with her family and loved her children more than anything in the world.  Dona was preceded in death by her parents; Donald and Caroline Perkinson and sister; Debra Steel.

She is survived by her children; Joshua Jordan (Hadley Hammock) of Chattanooga, Donald Evan Megaris of Texas, Brooklyn Jordan of Dayton, sister; Kim Cooley (Robin) of Dayton, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be Thursday March 17, 2022 at 3PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev.Teresa Smith officiating.  Interment will be immediately following the service at Cove Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday March 17, 2022 from 11AM until 3PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
