Donna Mae (Coulter) Neal

Donna Mae (Coulter) Neal, age 62, of Rhea County, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 13, 2026, following a long, courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Donna was born in Rhea County to the late Wilma Aileen (Nichols) Coulter and Thomas Allen Coulter. As a dedicated homemaker, she poured her entire heart into her household, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who entered. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who fiercely put her family over everything else. She cherished every moment spent together, whether they were traveling on family vacations or simply enjoying quiet, quality time with her loving husband. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, including listening to the music of Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton, and watching Little House on the Prairie and Coat of Many Colors. Donna was deeply adored by everyone blessed enough to know her.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Robert Earl Neal; her two sons, Thomas Bruce Neal and Robert Allen Neal; her daughter-in-law, SueAnn McKane; her five grandchildren, Thomas Dakota (Gabby) Neal, Hunter Sebastian (Ariana) Neal, Savanna Michelle (Blaine) Neal, Abbagale Sue (Jace) Patton, and Jada Mae Neal; and her three precious great-grandchildren, Kota Skye Neal, Asher Jameson Earl Neal, and Roan Kai Neal, all of Rhea County.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her two brothers, Roger Lee "Peewee" Coulter and Thomas Junior "Bo" Coulter.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Donna's life on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home in Dayton, Tennessee. A visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, followed immediately by the funeral service at 2:00 PM. She will be laid to rest following the service at Burchard Cemetery
