Dorothy May (Harris) Henderson

Dorothy May Henderson, 87, of Evensville passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Life Care of Rhea County.  She was a life long resident of Rhea County and a member of Pleasant Dale Baptist Church in Evensville.   Dorothy loved being outside.  Some of her favorite things were gardening, taking care of animals and planting and tending to her flowers. 

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents; Nelson and Ethel Harris, husband; JB Henderson, son; Jerry Henderson and her brothers and sisters.  She is survived by her grandson; Marc (Donna) Henderson and great granddaughter; Amy Henderson. 

Funeral Service will be Monday March 13, 2023 at 2PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Norman Huskey officiating.  The family will receive friends on Sunday March 12, 2023 from 5-7 PM.
