E. Carl Alley

Ernest Carl Alley, age 93, of Spring City, TN, passed away January 12, 2022, at Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Spring City, TN, and lived in Michigan from 1948 until he moved home in 1993. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed woodworking, golf, and flower gardening. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benton Alley and Elizabeth (Crisp) Alley; sister, Gladys; brothers, John, Charles, and Jim. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Maude Alley; children Regina Thomas of Haddonfield, NJ, Denise (Brad) Keighley of Westerville, OH; Nancy (Ed) Tuning of Livonia, MI; sisters-in-law Janice and Virginia both of TN; grandchildren: Noah, Tracy (Scott), Chris (Tracy), Jennifer; 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside service will be at 2 PM, Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Spring City Memorial Gardens. Eulogy by Tracy.
