Mrs. Emmaline Watson, 76, of Spring City, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Dayton, TN and was a life-long resident of Rhea County. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Emmaline loved traveling and helping others. Many depended on her care and kindness.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ruth Leffew; and brothers, Jennings Leffew and Marvin Leffew.
Emmaline is survived by her husband, Archie Watson of 59 years and 7 months; daughter, Regina (Larry) Shaver of Spring City; two sisters, Lois Burton and Judy Couch; brothers, Paul (Wilma) Leffew, Jerry Leffew, and Melvin Leffew; one granddaughter, Sydney Shaver of Evensville, TN; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 1PM. Brother Barry Walls will be officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 6PM until 8PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home. Interment will be at McClendon Cemetery.
