Edward Leslie Zeller

Edward Leslie Zeller, 87, of Dayton, TN passed away on December 13, 2024 at Rhea Medical Center.  He has lived in Dayton for the past 5 years and was a member at Word of Truth church in Dayton.  Born in Brooklyn, NY he was a Union Pipefitter for 50 years.  Edward enjoyed fly-fishing, hunting, raising horses, camping and training dogs for hunting.  He was also a volunteer fire fighter in Lacona, NY and a proud member of the Masons. 

He is preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children; Doris K. Zeller, and also previous  wife; JoeAnn Zeller, parents; Edward and Leslie Zeller and brother; Richard G. Zeller.

Edward is survived by his children; Doris (Jesse) Johnson, Suzette Yvonne Zeller, Scott Wayne Zeller, Darren Keith Zeller and Laura Lee Brinker, sisters; Karen Schmoldt and Leslie Montagnino, 3 grandchildren; William Riley and Daniel and Christian Brinker and 2 great grandchildren; Molly Grace Brinker and Ellena Claire Brinker.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at 2PM at Word of Truth Church 1188 Market Street Dayton, TN 37321 with Pastor Chip Beaulieu officiating.
