Frances was a longtime resident of Rhea County, Tennessee and was a member of the Potter's House of Prayer, her laugh and smile will be remembered by those who loved her. Frances was known for the love of her family, especially the love for her kids.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Christina Skiles, Step father Larry Elsea, and her bonus mom, Lisa (Smith) Nunley.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Vaughn, Father Randy Skiles, Five children Emerleigh Gann, Emanuel, Isaiahm, Josiah, and Zechariah Vaughn, bonus child Ahliyah Mathis. Father and mother -in-law Clifford and Louise Vaughn, Sr. Grandmother Linda Elsea, and grandparents Jerry and Jackie Smith, Sr.. Five sisters Rebecca Glassmire, Megan (Clifford) Vaughn, Jr. Wendy Skiles, Ariel (Thomas) True, and Kate Hindman. Sisters-in-law Melinda Vaughn, Civileen (Adam) Moreland. several nieces and nephews, and lots of aunts and uncles
Memorial service will be held on Sunday March 24, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Potter's House of Prayer with Aaron Jump officiating.
