Frank Burton Howell

Frank Burton Howell, age 74, of Evensville, TN passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at home. He was a life-long resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith. Frank was a veteran of the US Army and retired from Dayton Products. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Howell and Maudie Millsaps Howell; loving wife, Patricia (Pat) Hawkins Howell; and several brothers and sisters. 

He is survived by his son, Tony (Karen) Howell of Dayton, TN; daughter, Linda (Charles) Keith of Evensville, TN; sisters, Thelma Howell Wood of Spring City, TN, and Ann Howell Roach of South Carolina; grandchildren, Dustin (Breanna) Keith of Spring City, Lucas Howell of Dayton, Anna (Garrett) Rader of Dayton, and Savannah (Gabe Caldwell) Keith of Evensville; special niece Danika Davis of Dayton; and special family friend, Sandra Grey of Spring City. 

Service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 27, 2021 in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Dixson and Rev. Billy Norris officiating. Internment will follow at Smith-Wilkey Cemetery in Spring City, TN. There will be a meal provided to the family following the services.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
