Hudson Gray Boofer

Hudson Gray Boofer, infant son of Ridge Boofer and Kailee Nelson of Dayton, TN was born silent at Park Ridge East Hospital in Chattanooga, TN on Friday May 5, 2023.

Hudson is preceded in death by his nanny; Linda Ann Boofer of Evensville, TN,  granny; Mary Lee Maynor of Dayton, TN, and Papaw; Gerald Ray Dugger of Dayton, TN, and Papaw; Billy Lynn Nelson of Dayton, TN.

He is survived by his mommy and daddy; Kailee Nelson and Ridge Boofer, papaw; Bob Boofer, Nana; Kathy Patton, Mimi and Papaw; Mandie and Charlie Linebarger, Pops; Joey Nelson, BG; Lois Dagan, Papa and Nana; James Boofer (Tammy), Papaw and Nana; Lisa Nelson (Lonnie), Aunt Alexis Nelson, Aunt Demi Gregory (Jordan), Aunt Jennifer (Josh), Uncle Jesse (Tanaya), Uncle Blake Nelson, Uncle Jaxson Nelson, and cousins; Waylon, Harper, Cohen, and Ace and many more family and friends.

Funeral Service for Hudson will be on Sunday May 7, 2023 at 3PM with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.  Visitation will be Sunday from 1:30-3:00pm at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pleasantview Cemetery following the service. 

Pallbearers will be Blake Nelson and Jaden Austin

An angel wrote in the Book of life for Baby Hudson and whispered as she closed the book, “Too beautiful for earth.”
