Jackie Gale Knox Sr.

Jackie Gale Knox Sr. of Dayton, TN passed away June 29, 2020 at Rhea Medical Center.

Jackie was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of Odgen Baptist Church. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He Loved fishing and bass tournaments and is well known to the community for selling and delivering produce.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Beauford Cranfield and sister, Judy Cranfield.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn Hale Knox; children, Beverly (late Roy) Fullam and Jackie (Sherry) Knox Jr.; brothers, Billy Cranfield, Coley (Nancy) Cranfield, Dean Cranfield, David (Patty) Cranfield; sister-in-law Decie Cranfield; 6 grandchildren, Roy ”RT” (Samantha Elliott) Fullam, Jaclyn (Lance) Watson, Deanna (Matt) Rose, Heather (Chris) Snyder, Daniel Hale 17 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and cousins.

Memorial service to be held Thursday July 2, 2020 at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home at 5:00pm with Rev Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.

Family will receive friends Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 3:00-5:00pm
