James Philip “Phil” Oldham, 64, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Tri Star Centennial in Ashland City, TN.

James was born in Chattanooga, TN on July 20, 1956 to the late James Oldham and Ruth Helen Morgan Oldham. He was of the Baptist faith. He formerly worked in law enforcement and retired as a heavy equipment operator.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Fred “Junior” Oldham; stepdaughter, Alicia Kerley and nephew, Michael Oldham.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne East Oldham; step-mother, Stella Oldham; daughters, Chasity Smith (Adam) and Jessica Oldham; step-son, Anthony Flinn (Stephanie); brother, Jerry Oldham (Susan); sisters, Linda Oldham and Freda Oldham and 6 grandchildren.

Service will be Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.

Visitation for family will be August 15, 2020 from 10:00am-12:00pm.

Visitation for friends will be August 15, 2020 from 12:00-2:00pm.

Interment will be at Burchard Cemetery.
