John Matthew Haley

John Matthew Haley, age 38, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday October 2, 2021 at Rhea Medical Center.  Matthew was a Christian and loved to go fishing, play video games, and listen to music, but mostly he loved his family.  He will be sorely missed by those who loved him most.  Matthew is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, maternal aunt and his father, John Michael Haley.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Cox Haley of Dayton; brothers, Jeremy Haley of Chattanooga, and Justin Haley of Dayton and niece Adalyn Haley.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 12, 2021 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday October 12, 2021 from 12-2:00 PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Cove Cemetery immediately following the service.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
