Joyce Ann (Smith) Binkley

Joyce Ann (Smith) Binkley, age 77, of Dayton, TN passed away on January 3, 2022 at Rhea Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker and member of Corvin Road Baptist Church.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, John Lester and Katherine Louise (Crisp) Smith; husbands, Ray Binkley and Carrol Hale; and granddaughter, Christy Nycole Colvin.

She is survived by her children, James (Lisa) Binkley of Dayton, TN, Gordon (Faye) Binkley of Dayton, TN, Kim Eason of Evensville, TN, and Donna (Mark) Henderson of Evensville, TN; brother, Big Man Garrison; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service is planned for 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 9, 2022 in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Brother Steve James officiating. Interment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 10:30 AM. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday,  January 8, 2022 at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
