Karen Faye (Mitchell) Jordan

Karen Faye Jordan, 65, of Dayton, TN passed away December 19, 2019 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.

Karen was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Dayton. She was a homemaker and worked several years helping organize the Strawberry Festival.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Clayton Mitchell and Dorthia Mize Mitchell and her brother, Kenny Mitchell.

She is survived by her husband, James Jordan of Dayton, TN; children, Jamie (Jennifer) Jordan and Cassie (Dustin) Morgan both of Dayton, TN; sister, Patty Massey and brother, James Mitchell both of Dayton, TN; grandchildren, Megan Lindsay, Tristan Jordan, Koi Jordan, Emily Dotson, Dylan Beaty, Jaxon Morgan; great grandchildren, Caprine Jordan DeLuca and Gracelin Elizabeth Fay Jordan; special friends, Wendy Dotson, Doris Jordan, Judy Jenkins and Karla Clark all of Dayton and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 4:00pm in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley Faulkner officiating.

Family will receive friends Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 2:00-4:00pm.
