LEUTY (GARRISON) JOHNSON

Leuty Garrison Johnson, 93, of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away at home on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.  She will be missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Emmett L. Johnson; son-in-law, Bruce Killian; brothers, Bob, J.T., Lloyd, and Harold Garrison; and sisters, Judy Hindman, Martha Williamson, and Aileen Terry.   

Leuty is survived by her daughter, Wanda Killian, of Collinsville, AL; granddaughter, Sherry Killian of Fort Payne, AL; sisters, Mary Lawrence of Dayton, TN, and Bertha Tipps, of Hixson; brothers, Ted Garrison of Hixson, TN, and Jim Garrison of Germany. 

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 12:00 PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Reverend Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.  Interment will follow at Rhea Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 10:00 AM until time of service.   

The Pallbearers will be:  Johnny Garrison, Alex Buckner, Ronnie Hastings, Don Johnson, Robert Johnson, and Ted Garrison.
