Mary Frances Ezell

Mary Frances Ezell, age 95, passed away at Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.  She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist Faith and a member of Summer City Baptist Church in Pikeville, TN.  Mary loved flowers, birds, NASCAR, and being with her family.  She especially loved spoiling her grandkids and great grandkids as she was always playing and doing things with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Peyton and Pearl Davis; brother, Mack Davis; and sister, Louise Reed. 

She is survived by her children, Beverly (Jeff) Swafford of Pikeville, TN, Donnie Ezell of Dayton, TN, and Valerie Ezell of Evensville, TN; one brother, George Davis of Monterey, TN; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Service will be Friday, December 30, 2022 at 3 PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Swafford and Brother Lige Russell officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11 am until the start of the service.  Interment will follow at Summer City Cemetery.
