Melanie Alaine (Buhl) Carter

Melanie Alaine Buhl Carter, 54, of Dayton, TN, went Home to be with the Lord, Friday, May 16, 2025. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Buhl.

Survivors include her husband, Chris Carter; mother, Diana Buhl; brother, Andrew (Sarah) Buhl; father-in-law, Douglas “Pop” Carter; nieces, Brianna (Jordan) Reel, Kailey Carter, Sophia Carter and Hazel Carter; nephews, Braxton Buhl, and Eli Hudson; sister- in- law, Jennifer (Brian) Shoffner, brother- in- law, Howard (Powell) Carter and several friends and lots of other family members.

Funeral Services will be held, Monday, May 19, 2025, at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, with Rev. Boyd Collins and Rev. Bryan Mowery officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Ogden Cemetery.
