Michael Dane Hyatte, age 57, of Dayton, TN, passed away March 10, 2022, at Rhea Medical Center. He was born in Miami and then raised in Dayton and was of the Christian faith. Michael loved to fish and tinker with cars and motorcycles, but most importantly, he loved his family and friends. He spent over 15 years as an over the road trucker.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Edith (Isola) Hyatte, and Buddy Hyatte; brother: Tony Dyer; sisters: Regina Dyer, Debora Skates, Arlene Gill; best friend: Ray Brady; and mother of youngest daughter.
Michael is survived by his wife: Rosetta Hyatte of Dayton; special parents: Kathy (Mom) and Rick (Pops) Brady; four children: Gary Hyatte, Jeffery Hyatte, Alicia Hyatte, and Heather McCoy all of Dayton; sister: Veronda (Walter) Johnson; brothers: Floyd Leon (Peggy) Hyatte Sr., Gregory Hyatte, Sr., and George Hyatte; four grandchildren Michael Bentley Hyatte, Bralynn Edith Harden, John Wayne Harden, and Aryianah Harden; friends; Tommy Caraway and Bobby Harris and several nieces and nephews.
The service will be at 3PM, on Friday, March 18, 2022, in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home, with the Rev. Teresa Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1PM-3PM on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
