Nellie Rose Obituary

Nellie Ruth Rose passed away March 2, 2020 at her home in Dayton, TN.

Nellie was a longtime resident of Rhea County and a member of Graysville Church of God. She loved her church, her family and her church family. She retired from Sunrise Senior Living where she was a caregiver.

She is preceded in death by her husband, T.L. “Junior” Rose; parents, Andrew and Trennie Everett Sims and son, Larry Dean Rose.

She is survived by her children, Freddie Lynn (Teresa) Rose, Terry Lee (Charlene) Rose and Michael Dell Rose; sister, Meda Langston; special friend, Tracy Bridwell and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Service will be Friday, March 6, 2020 at 6:00pm at Graysville Church of God with Pastor Jim Mulkey officiating.

Family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00 at the church.
