OnoLee DeFriese Brown-Boyd

OnoLee DeFriese Brown-Boyd, 74, of Chattanooga, TN., passed away May 24, 2020.

OnoLee loved being with her family, enjoying times of fun and laughter. She was always the life of the party! She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area then after retiring from the trucking business she made her residence in Dayton, TN. She was of the Christian faith and a member of the Eastern Star and considered her greatest accomplishment as being a mother, grandmother and friend.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Waymond Lewis Boyd II; father, Neil A. DeFriese SR.

She is survived by her mother, Susie V. DeFriese; son, Jody Brown of Sebastian, FL., daughter, Lisa (John) Brabner of Ringgold, GA., daughter, Wendy (Garry) Lowe of Knoxville, TN., daughter, Nancy (Doug) Colvin of Dayton, TN., son Clifton Brown of Chattanooga, TN.; sister LeAnna Rogers, Hillsboro, AL., sister, Dorinda (C.L.) Eldridge of Decatur, TN., sister, Donna Kirby of Ringgold. GA., brother, Neil A.(Janice) DeFriese of Harrison, TN., brother Bob DeFriese of Chickamauga GA, Grandchildren; Andrew, Hannah, Abby, Emily, Grayson; great grandchildren, Jackson, Ava, Cooper, Everett, Emersyn, Aubree Mae. Her Grandchildren called her granny and to her great grandchildren she was known as Gigi. She also had many nieces and nephews. 

Family will receive friends Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 12:00-2:00pm at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home Dayton, TN.

Interment will be at Rhea Memory Gardens.
