Pamela Gail (Pass) Shaver

Pamela Gail (Pass) Shaver, 66, of Dayton, TN passed away on July 4, 2021 at Hospice of Chattanooga. She was a long-time resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith. Pamela worked as a Technical Clerk at Chattanooga State for over 20 years. She loved to cook and spend time with her family and grandchildren.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents James Pass and Ruby (Tilson) Pass.

She is survived by her husband, Greg Shaver; son, Chad Shaver of Greeneville, TN; daughter, Emily (Mitchell) Hooper of Dayton; sister, Diana (Richard) Martin of Chattanooga; four grandchildren, Thornton and Owen Shaver, and Caroline and Briggs Hooper; several nieces and nephews, Ethen, Dustin, Breanne, Wendy, Drew, Kelli, Candace, and Brandon; several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Service will be held  on Thursday July 8, 2021 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Walls and Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. Interment will follow at Shaver Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday July 7, 2021 from 4 – 8 PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
