Paul Allen Burchard

Mr. Paul Burchard, 83, of Dayton, TN, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024. A lifelong resident of Rhea County, he attended the Cranmore Cove Baptist Church. Paul was a faithful Christian, rarely missing an opportunity to be in church. Mr. Burchard loved the outdoors and working with his hands; he was a great carpenter who was loved by all who knew him and will be missed.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lora Rosenbauer Burchard; his daughter, Terri Leadean Phillips; brother, Wayne Thomas Burchard; and two sisters, Marilyn Burchard and Ruth Burdette.

Mr. Burchard is survived by his wife, Dena Burchard; three sons, Paul Allen (Lori) Burchard, John (Sunny) Burchard, and Gary (Christie) Burchard, all of Dayton, TN; five grandchildren, Nathan, Elisha, and Kelsey Burchard and Travis and Brandon Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2PM, Tuesday, September 10, 2024, in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Reid officiating. The family will receive friends

 5-8PM, Monday, September 9, 2024, and from 12PM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
