Richard Bishop passed away March 16, 2020 at Life Care Center of Rhea County in Dayton, TN.

Richard was born in Pennsylvania, lived many years in New York and was happy to be a resident of Dayton, TN for 22 years. He was the beloved husband of 69 years to Virginia Bishop, loving father to Pauline Chiarelli (Angelo), Richard James Bishop (Cheryl) and Kathleen Lund, adoring grandfather to Lianne Bishop (Daniel), Jeffrey Bishop and Tyler Lund and loving great grandfather to Daniel.

There will be no service or visitation.

The family will schedule interment in New York at a later date.
