Staci Marie (Gross) Abernathy

Mrs. Staci Gross Abernathy, 31, of Dayton, TN died April 5, 2024 at Rhea Medical Center. A resident of Dayton since July 2023, Staci moved here with her family from Florida. She was of the Christian faith and a devoted mother, wife, and daughter who will be missed by her family and friends.

Staci leaves behind her husband of thirteen years, Edwin Abernathy; parents, Michael and Kimberly Gross; her four children, Aiden, Emiliegh, Maddox, and one week old Gwen. She is also survived by two sisters, Amanda McCulloch and Kristen Mofield along with a nephew, Jack McCullouch and three nieces, Miltilda McCulloch, and Sophia and Mckenzie Mofield.

Funeral service will be held Friday, April 12 at 2PM in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Bro. Stanley Faulkner officiating. Burial will follow at Rigsby Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6PM Thursday, April 11 at the funeral home.
