Stanley Mac Brady, 88, of Dayton, TN passed away peacefully in the loving care of his family at his home on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Born February 27, 1936 in Rhea County, he was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Rhea Central High School class of 1954. He worked for Dayton Bank and Trust, was a farmer, and retired from Sale Creek Post Office. He was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Sale Creek.
Stanley is preceded in death by his mother, Katie Lee Calbaugh, father Odes Brady; two sons Douglas and Steven Brady; and sister, Odessa Harris.
Stanley is survived by his wife, Margaret Brady; son, Curtis (Becky) Brady; granddaughter, Darcy (Jonathon) Maynor; great-grandson Cameron Maynor; brother-in-law Colonel Harris; and his best fur buddy Dottie Mae and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were handled by Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home. He was laid to rest with his family in Spence Cemetery in Dayton, TN.
