VERONDA DORINE (HYATTE) JOHNSON

Veronda Dorine Hyatte Johnson, 56, passed away on June 21, 2023.  She was a member of the First Christian Community Church in Dayton, TN.     

Veronda loved to cook and was the glue that held the family together.  She will be forever missed. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buddy and Isola Hyatte; brothers, Tony and Michael Hyatte; and sisters, Arlene, Debbie, and Regina Hyatte.

Veronda is survived by her husband, Walter Johnson; daughters, Tara and Lexie Hyatte, adopted son, Terrance Johnson; brothers, Greg, Leon, and George Hyatte; one grandson, Demir Johnson, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at 3:00 PM with Pastor Charles Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 2:00 until time of service.
