William Delbert Crowe, age 87, of Evensville, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of Evensville, Tennessee and a member of the Evensville United Methodist Church.
He liked to go water skiing, rabbit hunting, enjoyed woodworking, and performing magic shows. One of his passions was attending football games at Rhea County High School as well as the Tennessee Volunteers in Knoxville. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandkids.
Delbert was a 50-year member of the Dayton Masonic Lodge 512 and a founding member of the Evensville Volunteer Fire Department. He was also a Rhea County Sheriff deputy and an insurance agent. He owned the movie theater in Dayton.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Crowe; daughter, Debra Crowe McArthur; and parents, John and Lois McMillon Crowe.
Delbert is survived by his daughter, Tenika (Chuck) Mason; two sisters, Diane McPherson and Phyllis (Max) Smith; two grandchildren, Alex Mason and Savannah Mason; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Buttram Cemetery on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 12:00 PM with Pastor Skip Mason officiating.
